PTFE Fabric is made up of glass fiber fabric and impregnated with PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) on single side or both sides, all PTFE coated fabrics combine advantages of PTFE and fiberglass cloth. Teflon Tape
High temperature Teflon tape is made from heat resistant PTFE fiberglass fabric or PTFE film coated with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive or acrylic adhesive in thickness of .003” on one side . The tapes with pressure sensitive silicone has a very high operating temperature range of -73°C to +260°C and acrylic adhesive withstand -73°C to +170°C . Since PTFE coated fabric and PTFE film have non stick surface, they will be one side etched before applying adhesive, Scifluo has special etching formula to ensure strong bonding between adhesive and basic fabric or film. PTFE adhesive tape includes self adhesive PTFE tape with silicone adhesive, PTFE tape with acrylic adhesive, PTFE film tape and PTFE zone tape.

Self Adhesive Teflon Sheet 0.13MM is made of Teflon sheet with adhesive backing, basic Teflon sheet is in thickness of 0.13mm, adhesive system is high pressure sensitive silicone adhesive in thickness of 0.05mm applied on one side, in this case, overall thickness of this tape is 0.18mm. Adhesive backed Teflon sheet is with yellow corrugated release film on the back, it is easy to peel off when you prepare to use the tape. Silicone Coated Fiberglass
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is based on E glass fiberglass fabric as substrate, impregnated or calender coated with specially formulated silicone rubber on one side or both sides, and vulcanized at high temperature. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite new material, often used to make soft connections, insulation jacket, fire protecting curtain, expansion joints, smoke-proof vertical walls, as well as for shielding and covering in high-temperature situations. Silicone coated glass fabric in thickness of 0.25mm in red color is made from plain weaved E-glass fiberglass cloth substrate coated with formulated liquid silicone rubber on both sides.
