Silicone Coated Fiberglass
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is based on E glass fiberglass fabric as substrate, impregnated or calender coated with specially formulated silicone rubber on one side or both sides, and vulcanized at high temperature. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite new material, often used to make soft connections, insulation jacket, fire protecting curtain, expansion joints, smoke-proof vertical walls, as well as for shielding and covering in high-temperature situations. Silicone coated fiberglass withstand max temperature to 500°F, common colors are grey, red, black and white, other colors can be customized.

Silicone Coated Fiberglass 0.40mm Thick
Silicone fiberglass fabric in thickness of 0.40mm in red color is an alkali-free fiberglass cloth impregnated with our special formulated liquid silicone rubber on one side or both sides. The material withstand a long-term temperature resistance of about 250 °C and a short-term temperature of 280 °C. Silicone rubber has comprehensive properties such as heat resistance, high insulation, weather resistance and chemical resistance. Silicone Coated Glass Fabric 0.25mm Thick
Silicone coated glass fabric in thickness of 0.25mm in red color is made from plain weaved E-glass fiberglass cloth substrate coated with formulated liquid silicone rubber on both sides. Silicone rubber coating increases the strength of this fabric, provides good properties of flexibility and abrasion resistance, water, oil and chemical proof. Silicone rubber coated glass fabric withstands low and high temperature between -73-260 ℃(-100-500℉), although both PTFE coated fiberglass fabric and silicone coated fiberglass fabric have excellent release property, silicone coated glass fabric is better for applications also need surface grip. Silicone Rubber Fabric 1.5mm Thick
Silicone rubber fabric in thickness of 1.5mm is fiberglass reinforced silicone sheet, this sheet is using high-strength glass fiber cloth as the base material, composite with silicone rubber on one side or both sides through a special calendering process. Silicone fiberglass sheet has superior heat resistance (long-term 200C), cold resistance (long-term -40C), anti-aging, high strength and high insulation properties. Types of Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
● Silicone fiberglass fabric is made of woven E-fiberglass fabric impregnated with silicone rubber on single side or double sides with diverse of coating weight, colors, and widths for different applications. Silicone rubber coating offers excellent weatherproof, chemical resistance to acids, abrasion resistant and good mechanical properties. Silicone coated fiberglass has two kinds of surface: glossy and matt surface to fit different applications, glossy one is more smooth and anti-slip while matt one is more dustproof.
● Calender coated silicone rubber fabric is glass fiber fabric reinforced silicone sheets which contains thick layer of silicone rubber on one side or both sides, the material is heat and flame resistant, dimensional stable, high weight capacity and chemical resistant, suitable for used in diaphragm and gaskets.
● Silicone coated mesh fabric is made of fiberglass mesh fabric or polyester mesh coated with platinum silicone, thus this mesh is normally used in food industry for baking and roasting like pet food drying or seafood drying. Scifluo has 1mm x 1mm and 2mm x 2.5mm mesh hole in stock, black, white, pink and red colors available, we can also customize 4mm x 4mm if needed.
