Insulation jacket material that Scifluo provides is gray PTFE coated fabric which is the outer layer material of insulation jacket. Gray PTFE coated fabric is made of high strength stain weaved fiberglass fabric, specially formulated with gray PTFE coating on single side or both sides, the material is non-flammable, high temperature resistant, chemical resistant, dust free,weather resistant and more flexible, typically used to make removable insulation jacket and insulation cover.

This insulation jacket material is more soft and flexible than common PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. It is easy sewn, good to cut into specific size and stitched with other high temperature materials according to customer’s design. As the outer layer of thermal insulation cover, Teflon coated fiberglass fabric help to protect from moisture and the outdoor environment. This high temperature fabric is also widely used for fire blanket and welding curtain to protect workers and equipment from fire and heat.
