• PTFE Conveyor belts and Silicone coated belts

Scifluo's PTFE conveyor belts and silicone belts can be used as rubber extrusion belts to carry the rubber straight from the extrusion head through the curing oven. Extruded rubber is used as door and window seals, automotive seals, tubes, hoses and more, our nonstick conveyor belt is with smooth and release surface which ensure that no compound residues are left on the conveyor belt and the surface of the extruded material is not interfered. 

• Teflon Heat Seal Tape

Teflon heat seal tape is used as covering sheet over heat seal bands to prevent the hot plastic film from sticking to the band, the tape is also applied on the silicone elastomer on the opposing jaw. The proper selection of thickness is important to obtain good consistent seals. Thin material permit heat to flow faster through the tape into the plastic film to be sealed which will help to reduce sealing time and increase production rates. Teflon belt band sealer is also used in this application.
