• PTFE Coated Fabric for Boiler Insulation Jacket

PTFE coated fabric for insulation jacket is applied with gray PTFE coating on one side or two sides, The coating formula and process is special to make this fabric more flexible, oil resistant and abrasion resistant. Basic fiberglass fabric of this type is strong because the fabric is required to be tear resistant after sewn. PTFE costing makes the material resist high temperature up to 360℃. Insulation jacket made by PTFE coated fabric prevents heat, condensation and freezing, minimizes energy waste, protects against personal injury, lessens noise levels and reduce cost.

• Silicone fiberglass fabric for removable pipe insulation

Silicon coated fabric is fiberglass cloth applied with specially compounded silicone rubber. Silicone coating offers high temperature resistance up to 260℃, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength and longer life. 

• PTFE coated fiberglass cloth 

PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is used to make muti-layered high temperature composite material such as fabric expansion joint, PTFE coating provides excellent temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and almost all chemicals and solvents resistance. PTFE coated fiberglass cloth used in for expansion joint is normally in thickness of 20mil, 30mil and 40mil.PTFE film can be laminated on PTFE coated fiberglass cloth in order to increase pressure tolerance, moisture resistance and oil resistance.
