PTFE Belting is a kind of woven fiberglass mesh coated with heavy duty PTFE coating, the belt combines the mechanical properties of woven fiberglass with release properties of PTFE coating. Teflon belting withstand continuous temperatures between -73° to +315°C (-100° to +600°F), is ideal for boding inks, pigments and powders to fabrics and non-woven materials in the heat ovens. 2mm x 2.5mm mesh is perfect for frying fibers and baking small things like seafood, beans, grains, feed and fruits.

Open mesh PTFE belt allows heat pass through and offers a non-stick surface, the packaging film will be quickly complied around the product without bonding to the surface of belt.
