Teflon mesh conveyor belt is a kind of open mesh belt made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. Structured by woven glass fiber mesh, the belt has high tensile strength and dimensional stability, 4mm x 4mm is the most popular window open size which provides relatively high percentage of open area, creating maximum airflow with minimum heat loss. Compare to conventional stainless steel or polyester belt, PTFE mesh conveyor belt is cost effective, lighter weight and easier to install. Various types of edging and joint can be customized to fit different machines and application.
