Product Description

Fusing press belt is made from PTFE coated fiberglass fabric in thickness of 0.35mm or 0.38mm, PTFE coating offers high temperature nonstick surface between -70-260℃(-158-500℉) for continuous use, reinforced fiberglass fabric provides high strength strength. Fusing belt for HP-30P fusing machine is endless with scarfed overlap joint and installed with stainless tracking studs one side or both sides on the edge. The belt is normally in black color which is loaded with carbon to create anti-static surface, brown color can also be made if needed.

How to clean Fusing Press Belt

1.Shake fusing machine cleaner granules over the width of the belt for one complete rotation while the machine is hot.

2.You can how the granules have melted over the complete length of the belt.

3.Insert a dry cloth the width of the fusing press belt, preferable cotton and let belts take a complete rotation, The cloth will remove any of the residue that was on the belts. This will clean the upper and lower belts at the same time. Alternatively, the belt can be wiped by hand as it rotates. 

4.Repeat daily or as necessary depending on machine usage.
