Toaster conveyor belt for HEBT-5V toaster is made by our black or blue PTFE coated fabric which is non-stick and heat resistant. We customize the material into endless belt and then install tracking system along the edge to make this belt trackable.

Our black toaster belt is made by premium grade PTFE coated fabric, it offers normal oil resistance, quick release surface and high temperature resistance between -70-260℃(-100-550℉).

Our blue toaster belt is made by high performance grade PTFE coated fabric which maintain the same non-stick and heat resistant features, but increased oil resistance and wear resistance due to special formulated PTFE coating.

In order to ensure the strength on joint part, our PTFE toaster belt is welded by advanced welding machine with high quality welding film.

How to Replace Toaster Belt on HEBT-5V/HCT-5H Toaster

1.Turn off power of HEBT-5V or HCT-5H. Unplug the unit’s power cord . Remove the bun feeder, crumb tray, and the bun buffer. Wait for the device to cool down.

2.Turn the compression knob to 7, unlock the latch, and open the side panel. 

3.Push in rollers to slide and lock in place, then loosening the belts. 

4.Slide the top and bottom belts off the rollers and discard the belts.

5.Wipe the rollers and new belts with clean towel and let air dry.

6.Slide new top belt in place over the top rollers, then push and lock the top roller into place.

7.Lift up belt frame and secure rollers. Reinstall side panel. Turn compression knob back to default of 4 before resuming use.

8.Lay panel down carefully. Use a screwdriver to remove the fan cover.

9.Carefully remove all debris and dust from the fan with a brush.

10.Close the left side panel and secure in place with screws. Repeat cleaning the fan on the right side of the unit. 

11.Reinstall bun feeder, crumb tray, and bun buffer. Plug in unit, turn it on and return to service.
