Teflon Sealing Belt in golden or blue color from Scifluo have a modified surface, our PTFE coated glass cloth in golden or blue color is coated with PTFE by adding special additives to provide higher release property, abrasion resistance, and specially non-permeability of oil and grease during conveying process. This unique Teflon coated fiberglass sealing belts are suitable for more advanced band sealer such as pinch inner liner sealer.

Normally this Teflon sealing belt is made of 2 layers of golden or blue PTFE coated fiberglass fabric off set and laminated together, this will ensure joint area has the same thickness as the rest of belt. We also make this sealing belt with an overlap joint if the joint is not critical.
