• Standard PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric sheet is in thickness from 0.05mm to 0.35mm, this series of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric has super smooth, glossy and nonporous surface, it has an extra-heavy coating of PTFE resin, suitable for advanced applications such as lamination separator sheets, release sheets for baking, heat sealing for packaging. Other applications include conveyor belts, motor and generator insulation, gaskets, seals and bearing liners.  

  
  

• PTFE fiberglass fabric for heat resistant conveyor beltis in thickness from 0.38mm to 1mm, this series of fabric is with thicker basic fabric substrate which offers high level of strength and thermal insulation. 

• Anti static PTFE Teflon coated fiberglass fabric is specially formulated with carbon additive for conductive and anti static property, these fabrics eliminates static electricity or reduces static problems during operation, thus widely used in the garment and electric industries such as conveyor belts for fusing press machines.

• Porous PTFE coated glass fabric is with minimal PTFE coating to make surface breathable but maintain non stick property. This release fabric is perfect for laminating during vacuum bagging process and vacuum infusion process. PTFE resist to all chemical solvents and adhesives normally encountered in composite fabrication. The fabric allows excess resin, volatile and trapped air to seep out of the finished parts and into the vent cloth or be discharged from the bag.
